Van Tran is a Doctor of Nursing Practice prepared and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner trained to offer healthcare services to all populations. She is bi-lingual in English and Vietnamese. She understands that every individual is unique in their own way and provides an empathic and holistic approach to care.

Van Tran furthered her education after becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Doctorate and Master's in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in California. She attained a Bachelor's in Nursing from Anderson University in Indiana. She has continued to act as a patient advocate while staying current with best practices. Van Tran is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Van Tran strives to effect positive outcomes for every person under her care by delivering high-quality, effective, and compassionate care. Her background in home health, case management, and hospice care has convinced her of the importance of a positive patient-provider relationship and the need for a welcoming patient environment. She believes in providing compassionate care that will influence healthcare outcomes.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.
