At Fountains Family Care we offer you a range of effective services, including treatment for diabetes, hypertension, weight issues, thyroid disorders, hepatitis, vaccines including Yellow Fever vaccine for international traveler’s. We also offer ultrasounds, allergy testing with immunotherapy, and hormone replacement therapy.
Certified Doctor
Dr. Richard Le, is a board-certified family physician. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
In-House Laboratory
We have an in-house phlebotomist to conveniently perform blood work in either of the two Chandler, Arizona, locations.
Multilingual Office
Dr. Le speaks two languages — English, and Vietnamese. His office staff also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese, and Spanish— allowing him to better connect and communicate with his diverse group of patients.
